What is your billing policy?
Fees are earned as services are performed and are due upon receipt of invoice. Invoices unpaid after 30 days are past due and may accrue a late payment charge of 1.5% per month, or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is less. If a discount was included on your invoice, that discount is conditioned upon timely payment and will be forfeited if the invoice remains unpaid after 60 days, at which point the full undiscounted amount will become due. Payment is required before completed work will be delivered, including, but not limited to, tax returns, financial reports, tax plans, and accounting records. Additionally, tax returns will not be filed until payment has been received. We reserve the right to suspend services for unpaid balances. For more information on our billing policy, please see your engagement letter.
Which payment methods can I use?
All available payment options will be shown on the next page but generally include all major credit cards, eCheck, and Affirm financing.
